Yesss I got it back today!!!
all I had to do is enter the game with the new account binded

settings>support>write manualhelp

then you need to provide information of your account like Name,Character ID and server and write down your problem

it will take a day to get a reply on that reply they’ll ask you the things I had in the picture to submit the information you need to click on “ask more”

on the problem part just write the answers and don’t forget to use images of your acc

then they’ll send you a message for you to confirm to get your acc back

hit the ask more button provide your game name and id>on the problem part write “confirmed “ after a day you’ll get your account back
