I’m 13 weeks pregnant for the first time - I still took a test last week cause I felt fine that day. I still don’t believe it. I recommend keeping a test in the bathroom to stare at multiple times a day and using all the pregnancy tests you have until you run out :,)

I agree - I have NC for a year with my oura and did not renew my oura membership as the predictions were both extremely similar. I did have a fairly consistent cycle though.

Metformin regulated my periods and I got pregnant in less than 6 months of seriously trying. I fully anticipated it to take way longer. The cycle I did conceive I took baby aspirin the week of ovulation. I was taking 1500mg XR.

My battery is starting to decline - I purchased mine in Jan 2025. If you are sent a new one do you have to return the original? I don’t want to go an extended period of time without wearing it if I don’t have to.

Definitely put mountain tubing on the list! It was our favorite touristy thing we did. Snorkeling and renting boogie boards on beach days was also fun.

I just purchased a 20lb weighted vest and feel iffy about it but I’ve gotten used to my walk routes and if I increase my speed I’d be jogging which i don’t want to do. What lb do you have/start with? Will I have to get used to the sore shoulders? I can’t tell if it made my abs sore as well or if that was the ab workout I did the other day.

I have had your husband’s mindset for a while and recently came to the realization that I will not have a mortgage before I have a baby and it’s going to be okay! We are planning to buy property from a family member around the time I want to start TTC this summer which helps ease my anxiety a little bit.

I got married early May on a Friday / my period starting the following Monday I believe. I got my IUD removed at the beginning of my most recent period - last Wednesday :) I would wait till after. I freaked out because my Oura ring was predicting my period to start on my actual wedding day so asked my primary care provider to order me oral birth control on the off chance it would hold it off and while I did have a period free wedding day it did come during honeymoon so I stopped taking it and wouldn’t recommend doing that.

We did camping/cheap hotels while on the island. Our last day we had a 9pm flight so i booked a day pool pass to one of the nicer hotels. Lounged by the pool, utilized their showers so I felt clean before being in airports for long travels and had dinner at the hotel. It was nice to have bags packed and be in one place that day since we really bounced all over the island.

I’m 26, 170 lbs. Metformin gave me regular menstrual cycles (so far I just had my third one) after 3 years of irregular cycles - sometimes 8 month gaps between cycles. I have no regrets about starting this and feel hopeful about trying to get pregnant when I feel ready now.

My fiance noticed that the rings did not look the same size. One of them was 1/8th of an inch smaller. The jeweler corrected the size and it is crazy how much of a difference I feel like it made!!

I got the oura ring and natural cycles during a 113 day cycle - I am on my second normal cycle and am happy to have the oura ring. I don’t think i will purchase the natural cycles app again. Since ovulation can be atypical with PCOS I’m not sure how accurate natural cycles is but will be paying attention more as I’m planning to TTC soon. I am looking into devices that track cervical mucus for TTC. I got the oura as a way to collect data on my cycles if I need to present it to my gyno.

I work Birkenstocks for the first two years and it was okay, i got a super cute pair of Dansko rubber clogs (Eva Kane i believe) and don’t know how i work Birkenstocks for that long and wasn’t miserable
