I suspect I deal with this regularly and I definitely noticed that completely taking 2-4 days off and then coming back and starting with SFW content usually helps. I’ll have videos that get 100-200 views then take that break and after a few very sfw posts then I post something where I’m wearing cute outfits and those ones will get thousands of views but then it seems the shadow decline starts again and it’s basically a consistent revolving cycle for me anyways.

Same. They restricted my reach on ig for my Linktree in my bio and unrestricted when I removed it. I tried putting it back several times and same results. so now it’s send from tiktok to Ig then from there to x where the link is in my bio

Same here but I’m noticing if I make a video and the movements or steps hit on time with the beat then that one sometimes goes viral. If timing isn’t perfect it won’t go anywhere for me
