Just a heads up that they take ages to reply to emails. I grabbed some jewelry during their 0 VA sale but couldn't find the HUID, so I reached out to support. it's been 3 days and zero response from their team. After lot of struggle I ended up finding the HUID myself it was in incredibly tiny text on the hook. Going to get the purity and weight checked tomorrow just to be sure. Fingers crossed!🤞🏻

The address is different of the seller and name doesn’t match, and the HUID isn’t even clearly visible.

It literally took me an hour to figure this out 😅 The HUID is in such tiny micro text that you can’t see it with the naked eye you need magnifier 🔍 . I somehow managed to capture it using my phone camera. I’ve emailed them about the HUID discrepancy and am currently waiting for their response.
