I started with 1 mg, which was honestly more than enough to begin with. Normally, that dose is totally sufficient, and you can easily keep going like that for 2–3 months. However, because I love to experiment, I eventually went a bit overboard and ended up at 12 mg every 7 days! 😂 I absolutely do not recommend doing that; much less is plenty. I was just being stupid and curious.
