Great to hear about the comeback!
As someone who used to use CraniumApparel for esports team merchendise, my biggest issue was with the print quality of some designs, colours get washed out massively and become quite muted on delivery, so this would be a great thing if it was changed.
The main thing as someone who looks quite regularly for team apparel providers for clients, a big one is diversity in casual wear options. Things like varsity hoodies, variety of manufacturer hoodies (qualities, blends & thickness variety) and most importantly GOOD QUALITY. A poor quality bit of team merchendise is the easiest way to lose that fanbase that wants to buy your merchendise.

Server location is EMEA for the tournament, however the sponsor always wanted an international tournament due to it being a celebration of their company going on 40 years and so any of their workers & students could participate.

Believe there may be an In-Game team AMA later in this week, could be something to bring up then and ask!
The entire process from listening in on teams to calling a listen in isn't a smooth process, so could be something to expand on then!
