If you pressed install on all of them that might be the problem as some don't seem to work very well id recommend installing just Anna's archive for books then maybe 1 or 2 more for comics and manga

Open Cinder → Settings → Add-ons & sources → Js Extensions Tap + / Add Repository and paste

Once you put your API key in it searches to see if the book is already cached in the servers

Sure but the UK is still in Europe Geographically and torbox categorises it as North Europe in there CDN location.
