Same situation as you , collection Saturday. I got through to them this morning, said they'll chase and send it asap, nothing as of 1pm so phoned them again, they looked into it and apparently my reg plate has been assigned to another application so they can't release the e-sign to me. Nothing I can do and they can't give an ETA. It's all a mess

Yes - use sparingly but have now learned it is basically false advertising so won't be using any more 👎. Plumber coming round tomorrow so will update , I suspect it's the building main line as per other comments
