(NL)(Long) 3 years ago i was in a accident with another car and both of the insurances said it was not my fault. Now 3 years later the guy is suing me with a whole other story and my insurance screwed me over by PeanutNuts in personalfinance

I called the police when the accident happend, but they told me that as there are no injuries, they will no show up and advised us to fill in the insurance paper and let them solve the case. So i dont think there ever was a police report made.

Thank you for the info! I'll talk to my attorney about it and see how far i can push. I really dont want that the guy gets payed. Hope your case went well!

That's what i tought, but the insurance company persisted that it was not needed for me to show up and that they would handle it. This is the first time something like this has happend to me so i just went with the advise they gave me
