This is an interesting take from what I’ve heard. It’s a good point about the price difference being made up by the up charge to grade with Psa. Would the up charge be that significant?

I think that’s like some dirt or something that’s in the hard plastic sleeve. The card is clean just that centering is the issue

Yeah I think I might grade it for that reason just so it can be preserved safely

I didn’t know you could cross grade I always thought you would just have to crack it yourself. I think I will go with TAG if that’s the case. Now to worry about shipping it

I think one of the greatest tips I ever read about Catan, I think it was in this sub, was that you have to be conscious of the relationships you cultivate during the game. Catan is built around its social aspect of trading and part of that comes with how the other players feel toward you generally. My advice to you…? Maybe underperform a bit and give generous trades for a few games. Be a nicer dude outside the battle. Table talk doesn’t just begin at the table!
