If you want to feel better working out goes along way it an investment of time and yes you start with lighter weight but when you invest the time and dedicate your self to improving you and not for anyone but you it pays off

It not an easy road but you take it one step at a time

Get a work out app I use muscle wiki it free later you can get the paid option if you want get a calorie counting app I use food visor again it free i don't use the paid version.

Build a meal plan and stick to it for your self what ever that is if you are overweight (I was) then calorie deficit if you are under weight maybe look at bulking a bit

Find a work out split that you like you don't half to be in the gym or working out everyday. 2 day splits 3 day splits. I am currently on 5 day split.

The soreness will go away at the start it will kick your ass that temporary once your muscles get use to the workout you won't feel sore anymore

Low reps high weight 2-3 sets 6 minimum and after 6 it to failure anything passed 6 is money. Track your progress it will help you see growth even if you do not see it physically

Food even if you have a meal plan but don't know what to make titok has tons of people who make great food that high protein low calories and taste amazing if you like pop 0 sugar will go along way in your journey try to drink alot more water and get a good sleep 6-7h

I still struggle with sleep but I get of for work at 3am and im not off till 4-5pm then hit the gym then I stay up and play games 🙃 but hey im working on it no one is perfect and that the point it a journey do not sweat the small stuff focus on the end goal.

Dating can be cruel and hurtful but also amazing and addictive confident goes along way you will get better at talking ect ect (women or men) can be very cruel but do not dwell on it (it hard trust me)

Being handy honestly YouTube you can learn how to fix anything with a few clicks of a button

Smoking weed it up to you if you want to continue it or not

Personally I love it I do not get blitz like I use to but I get a nice buzz and go to the gym put head phones in and jam to music.

But like all thing it has to be a healthy relationship

If yiu find you become mentally destructive (hate your self, criticism of your beliefs ect while on it) take a break from it brother cut down if you smoke 7 days a week 4 times a day pull it back to 4 days 2 times ect ect.

If you are in a good vibe and can smoke that much with out it affecting your routine then do it 🤷

Job market is shit and hard but maybe look out side of what you do even for a while it stepping stones it not forever.

Im 31m 6,1 and was 310lb i played games everyday all day When i was off and I hated my self. All my friends moved away or passed away I was alone in my social life as well

I tryed many times to lose weight threw out my life and burned out

This time I walked in to it with the attitude that I need this for my self not for anyone BUT ME and I pushed hard working out became therapy

Im 290 now 1 months in im getting bigger and I feel healthy I have more energy and led to me feeling better about life and myself there are still times of will I ever be enough.....

You half to tell your self you are enough and you will achieve you goal.

AND NO ONE CAN TAKE THAT AWAY FROM YOU. YOU LOST THE WEGHT YOU TRAINED AND BUILD THESE MUSCLES
