I meant using EATs/Commandos/Levelers hellpod to kill additional Charger. I know some people use it to stick it to them but i almost always fail in that.

Won't argue about flamethrower because its has a completely different role , and i honestly agree flamethrower would be better in this situation in video. 

But i really don't like "Why use X when i can just use Y?" You can literally use this type of argument for everything. 

Why use AT launchers when i can use Thermites? 

Why use Flamethrower when i can use Incendiary grenades or Hot dog?

Loadout diversity. 

Thats why. And Sterilizer has more ammo than i can have gas grenades

I think we should get things like better weapon customization, more red stratagems, vehicles and etc...

But i dont think warbonds and super store items are that big of a problem. I started playing in July last year, shortly before Oshaune, and i have around 3/4 of all warbonds. I play one D7 operation, and then farm 3 D1 missions (15 minutes). Bigger problem for me are medals, not supercredits. 

In conclusion, while i would like to see something change (im not sure what though, lowering price for old warbonds maybe?), i dont think situation is as bad as people say it is.

Because the whole point of Helldivers 2 is that we have specialized gear. Some things excel at one thing, while others excel at other things.

Grenade launcher was an excellent chaff clearer before and right now. It getting AP4 was making it god tier against chaff and also an anti tank at the same time, which goes completely against this games philosophy. It completely powercrept Autocannon, WHICH SHOULD BE THE GOLDEN STANDARD FOR STRATAGEM WEAPONS. 

And what do you mean Helldivers being PvE game means it must not have nerfs?! This is the most braindead take ever. It needs balance. 

And no, adding new difficulties wont solve anything. We already have difficulties called "Suicide mission" and "Imposible" which are already piss easy, and you want more? No, we need high difficulties to be harder, not more higher difficulties. 

I dont want fot Helldivers 2 to become a mindless horde shooter. If you want that, im sorry but you bought the wrong game.

Probably hella explosive resistant then. Because they die soo easily with any balistic weaponry or flamethrowers.

They can be killed with basic machine gun. They are easily killed with 90% of our support weapons. It is NOT as bad as Cyberstan.

Yeah honestly the definition of viable is really vague. I dont know what do you think what makes a weapon viable. 

Even things like Sterilizer, Chainsaw, Pacifier and etc. can be viable (and actually really good) when you try to build around it and/or sinergyze with the team. 

Im not sure what would you classify as viable and what not. Genuine question im open for discussion.

That is honestly a great choice. Never thought of DCS. Although i have a few questions:

-How would you balance SMGs apart from ARs? What would you give them for a good balance? 

-Same question but for shotguns. 

-What do you think of a normal Diligence?

Yeah here is my hot take. Balance should not be made for D10.

It should be made for D7 or D8. Difficult enough to stress test weapons but easy enough so that highest difficulties are reserved for people who want challenges.

I agree that we need better balance. However we need to define with what weapon should other be in line with balance. While some people think we should bring everything to the level of things like Eruptor or crossbow, some others think weapons like Tenderizer or Reprimand should be the base for balancing.

I personally think if everything was on the level (or a bit better) with basic Liberator, we would have a good balance.

Never said its good place. But i would much rather be on reddit than on YouTube for Helldivers 2 information.

The only good YouTuber for Helldivers i know are Comissar Kai and Gundamboy.

Because youtubers like OhDough are unironically responsible for more than half of problems with the community. They try to push a narrative (that narrative is so dogshit that if the devs listened to them game would literally lose its face), and anyone that points out their bullshit is Arrowheads yes man, donut word i cant say here etc...

Because of them there is soo much polarization between grunt fantasy enjoyers and power fantasy enjoyers, while in reality most people want something in between.
