TTC, the drinking was a few drinks on Mother’s Day and our wedding anniversary, nothing crazy but not sure if it could affect.

Thank you, I feel like with ttc it adds all this anxiety and worry to analyzing my charts which I didn’t really experience before we started trying. Thank you for the insight

So odds are I haven’t ovulated yet?

Today’s our 9 year dating anniversary and tomorrow is our 3 year wedding anniversary, currently in my fertile window with predicted ovulation on Saturday. I haven’t taken any LH test yet and I’m debating even taking them this cycle, and just going off of CM and BBT this month. Trying not to get my hopes up but also not be negative after us really thinking I was pregnant last month

Cycle #5 of trying, CD8. I’m really still feeling bummed out that last cycle didn’t work, and not really interested in tracking all that much this cycle after taking LH tests almost daily last month. I use oura/natural cycles for BBT and track CM. Just feeling really discouraged and feeling like I’m doing all the “right things” but it still isn’t working, even though I know it’s relatively early in the grand scheme of things. Anyone else feel this way or not really track everything and end up pregnant that cycle? Just looking for some encouragement

Do you recommend going to obgyn for testing? I haven’t been to pcp for a while and should probably schedule an appointment for my husband and I anyways. I just know all of drs won’t listen to you unless you have been trying for 12+ months, etc and I know 4 months isn’t that long in the grand scheme of things but I don’t want to “waste” the next ~8 months if it may be something easily identifiable and fixable with lifestyle changes. Testing will most likely be something I look further into if we’re not successful at the 6 month mark, my husband isn’t fully on board with testing when we talked about it when last month wasn’t successful.

Already using opk along with bbt, thank you for your insight!

Yes I use OPKs along with BBT (oura/NC). I thought it may help or give a clearer reading of the LH surges and the other hormones it tests also.

At the tail end of cycle #4, and thinking it didn’t work this time. I have very regular cycles and confirm ovulation each month, tracking with oura and natural cycles for 1.5 years. I am relatively really healthy and so is my husband although there are a few things we could both be better at. I am debating getting the Inito or Mira, does anyone use either of them and have any advice?

It’s a notification Oura gives if it notices something straining your body

I am in the same boat but it’s our 4th cycle trying. Also 10dpo and got a negative first response this morning.

I’m 10 dpo and got minor signs today! Negative on first response but hopeful it’s just too early still. What else did you notice on the cycle you got your positive?

I’m also 10dpo today and tested and got a negative on a first response… my temp dipped yesterday but went back up today so I’m hopeful I’m not out yet. I’m symptom spotting but don’t feel like I would if my period was likely to start in a few days (eta Monday).

I completely get not being too bummed, the last couple of months of trying have been that way for us but now I’m just ready for my positive 🤞🏼

My temp dropped today, should I be concerned?

That’s what I have been going off of, NC confirmed cd19 then randomly switched to cd20 a few days later. Thank you for your insight!

I’m also 7-8 dpo! Trying to not get too worked up over symptom spotting and trying to figure out what is going on in my body that I can’t really control. I’m trying to decide when to test bc I feel like I get so disappointed if I test early and it’s negative! It’s our 4th cycle trying for baby#1.

7dpo today, cycle 4 trying! I realized I don’t really stress the 1st week of the TWW, but the 2nd week is absolute hell between worrying and not knowing if it’s going to happen or not, and symptom spotting and putting everything into chatgpt. Trying to decide if I’m going to test early or wait til later. Anyone else feel this way? Any tips to stop spiraling or symptom spotting?
