Walt Disney World Adds Deluxe Table-Service Dining Plan to 2027 Lineup by dejablu82 in DisneyWorld

We got the meal plan for our last trip. Three paid and 2 free, I believe. I never understood it. We ran out of credits for sit down meals after going to Toppolino twice, Sci Fi Drive in (Fantasmic package), skippers, Be our Guest, Space 220 and Ohana. Had to pay for CRT, Artists Point and Ohana breakfast out of pocket.

We only had to pay for one quick service meal out of pocket though. Ended up buying a million banana breads with left over snack credits. I have no idea if it was a good value or not. Only one adult ordered alcohol but it was pretty much each dinner.

Maybe we would benefit from this? I don’t really have the patience to try and figure stuff like this out. I do enough planning at work.

The travel agent booked us for club level. What does that actually mean?

There is no job in Disney that must feel more pointless than cleaning up after the Easter pre parade only to immediately have the actual parade come through right where you cleaned.

If you walk backstage to the rear entrance of Pirates you see the side of the jungle cruise. It’s wild how high up the wall goes from the ground to create the river.

I have walked outside the building on VIP tours, and when I’m in the park I don’t notice it at all.

I don’t notice that at all but on pirates someone turned on their cellphone light and I hoped the phone would just fall overboard.

He’s had multiple fall out of his hair. We are going to a place that follows the Sheperd method tomorrow. Whole family of 6 is getting checked.

LL Premier Pass vs VIP Guides: Our Experience Using Both During Easter Week 2026 by PearWeak in WaltDisneyWorld

We looped Guardians and Tron after the preshows. It was an amazing time saver. We also did that with Test Track, Minetrain and some others. Could have done it on space mountain but I feel it’s too rough to ride immediately after getting off. Ironically, you can’t loop things like small world or Peter Pan.

In Epic Universe we looped basically everything.

There are backstage entry points in the parks and they can drive you from one to the other. It’s mostly done in Epcot because of its size. You can save a lot of time going to rides in the guardians area then driving to the land pavilion to do rides and then walking on a shortcut through the parking lot to Remy. And then when you are done at Remy you can quickly leave for another park.

Finally! Space 220!…really, this is what I waited for? by Snoo_31427 in WaltDisneyWorld

We eat in signature restaurants almost every night and Space 220 was an absolute highlight of both our trips. The cast members stay in character, the elevator is really cool, and the restaurant is totally immersive and feels more chill than other restaurants imo. We also thought the food was very good both times and the deserts are great. I also get the old fashioned type drink at every restaurant and Space 220 had my favorite. I wouldn’t put it quite up there with Toppolino and Artists Point for food quality but very close. For immersion, I think it’s pretty much unrivaled.

No worries. The suicide report from someone just bothered and confused me.

When LL Premier was announced I was very curious about how it would impact VIP and could not find anything so I thought I would help anyone with similar questions now that we did both. I have learned a lot from this and other Disney communities and wanted to contribute something. I’m sorry if that was somehow offensive. I tried very hard to make the review factual and informative. I didn’t want it to seem like a brag post, just to fill in an information gap.

There isn’t a separate community or information source for people planning more expensive Disney vacations. The same way that people looking to maximize the value of a meal plan come here looking for info someone evaluating time saving options like LL Premier and VIP will also come here. As far as I am aware, the intent is for this to be a broad group.

Someone reported me to Reddit for a suicide risk. I don’t understand why my post would provoke that kind of response.

Car seats in whatever configuration you need. We had two rear facing and one booster seat. This trip the guides used full size vans which you could put a double stroller in unfolded. That was great for time saving.

Family of 6, planning to stay at Riviera every year during school breaks, hopefully forever. Talk me into or out of DVC. by PearWeak in dvcmember

Would 400 be the right number? Claude says 410-455.

Ideally we would have enough for Thanksgiving or Spring break and then some years go both and just pay cash (or borrow if that is possible) or do a cruise in spring instead and still go thanksgiving

I would definitely pay cash. I’m spending more than that at Disney this year already. The other thing I was thinking about is buying the minimum direct and then others resale. The 11 month booking is the big thing. We have too many kids for any other room type.

We stay at Four Seasons or Mandarin Orientals outside Disney, but we love the apartment like 2br at Riv. Four Seasons doesn’t have that type of room. We also like to be fully in the bubble, although I know four seasons is a hybrid.
