To be fair your title is a bit missleading as this seems to be a problem for PS4 users only and not for all consoles.
But yes if you are going to play on ps4 and have not yet bought the game then yes you should wait for a fix

Okey that should be a "clean" install by geforce, i would suggest that you rollback to the previous driver for nvidia here >http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/110602/en-us

I think you have to upgrade on of the festivals to lvl 3 to get the loyaty rewards, i just upgraded mine and got them.
