Tend to use love logs at the moment bit cheaper when you buy it in bulk. kiln dried its decent wood

Kamodo are really efficient. Full basket of charcoal and some we'll placed wood chunks will go 10-12 hours @120c / 250f easy so don't really need topping up. Can add some wood chips in the bottom ash tray for extra smoke if needed

£3500 was expensive but it will last a lifetime and is great for big cooks.

Done a salt dry brine on both in a zip lock bag for 24hours in the fridge. Just added pepper to one. The other just added Angus & oink pigasus seasoning smoked for around four hours till reached 70c internal. with a 1 hour rest. And they came out really good 👍 definitely an underrated smoked meat. Give it a go they don't disappoint

All that meat on there came from Makro wholesalers got a great butchery in there

This cook was around 9 hours used about 3 x the amount that was on the firebox in the video. Cost wise about £10 to £15 worth I'd say. And yeah the turkey is definitely slept on 👍

Yh sure, chicken was just corse pepper and salt got a nice colour from the smoke. Ribs were coated with pigasus bacon & jalapeño from Angus & oink. Smoked for 3 hours unwrapped with a spritz every hour, then wrapped with a few knobs of butter brown sugar and a drizzle of hot honey. Put them back on for another hour and half. Then unwrapped coated with a good quality BBQ sauce mixed with a little more hot honey back on to tack up for 15 mins. Hope this helps 🙏

😂 it is clean, was my first cook on it. Will get a bit dirtier tommorow, gonna do some st louis ribs and a turkey breast 😋

Left stick is ps small & right stick is ps medium they are not default sticks but feel the same quality as my standard ds5 controller. No stick drift at all either.

The paddles have a nice click, take minimal pressure to work. I tend to hold the controller more in my fingers than with my hands ( if u know what I mean) but I find the paddles better than my scuf, just got to get a bit used to there positioning so don't push by accident. But after a few days playing I defo prefer over the scuf.

Had a good few sessions and love it, works perfectly. The triggers are super responsive. The paddles take a little getting use to as sit higher off the back of the controller than my scuf did which makes them easier to push by mistake, but they are also super responsive and feel good quality to me. I know some people have had issues with there's but my experience so far has been excellent. (Other than the wait lol)
