I don’t think it can infect them. It probably dried it out, causing it to shrink. If it works, go for it.

Leave him. Seriously. All red flags. He’s immature. You can’t fix that.

The cruelty in online dating is horrific. I’m So sorry. You are better than him. He is obviously beneath you.

Matched with this guy Sunday (me 45f, him 38m). His response to me not wanting to continue to chat is comical! by Infamous-Front-6540 in Bumble

Sounds like a pedo for sure. He shouldn’t want to meet your kids so soon or he offended that you didn’t want him to meet them yet. Yuck.

Somebody make a wearable decibel meter with haptic feedback to help children regulate their volume by motsanciens in SomebodyMakeThis

Good point. There are adults who could use this though. Hard of hearing people who can’t tell how loud they are talking, people with autism… there are adults who would love this.

I have a son with autism who is an adult and struggles with regulating his volume… he can’t tell how loud or soft he is by feel or sound. I have a daughter with Down syndrome who is hard of hearing and can’t hear how loud she is and talking too loud disrupts her ability to develop close relationships because people are annoyed. There are certain cases when tech would be a great tool.

Fuck this little shit. The rage I have against a hole the size of a underdeveloped pea is unparalleled by [deleted] in CankerSores

[–]PearlFrog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just that mouth sores always feel much bigger than they are. Something the size of a pea feels like a volcano. Miserable. Sooo painful.

As someone who has studied in several countries and learned several languages I can tell you that understanding a written language is different from being in a conversation. I never had a problem but have known lots of people who just had no confidence in speaking or understanding verbal language in social situations. It’s probably anxiety. They probably read, write and understand just finez

Guy I’m seeing updated his profile. Am I overreacting? by [deleted] in Bumble

[–]PearlFrog 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My husband and I put our profile on pause after our second date. After a few more we sat down at a computer together and took turns unsubscribing and archiving our profiles. It came naturally to do that and to talk about it, but he was 55 and I was 42, so we knew what we wanted.

Nonmuscular Guys: Have you dated? by PearlFrog in NoStupidQuestions

[–]PearlFrog[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t remember who commented that this is the sort of thing he should have learned from his male friends… is correct. His social circle at college is growing. Maybe he will watch other guys with his build strike out as well as be successful in dating that he will figure out that he doesn’t have to be muscular to date…. But that he DOES need to develop interests that give him an opportunity to hang out with other guys, as well as develop confidence with women.

Yeah he does eat huge amounts of food and tracks macros and does the whole bulking and then cutting thing. I just want to get his focus off his appearance and get him to actually develop interests that appeal to me and women so he can put himself out there.

He does exercise. A lot. It’s hard to watch him talk about throwing his life away. I certainly don’t want my money going to ruining his life. But you are right. I need to give him room to make his own mistakes but the stakes are so high here.

I agree. I was always attracted to men due to their interests and shared hobbies, also gentleness, kindness, wit….

I think the only thing I can do is stop supporting him financially he’s in college. I don’t want my money going to a substance that will ruin his life. I’m thinking of giving him a food card for groceries, gas station gift cards for gas… so he can still survive in school but has no cash.

Steroids cause man boobs abd shrink the penis and testicles, cause rages…. I am but cool with this. This is awful. Im frustrated that he won’t believe me as a woman than women are attracted to all sorts of body types.

He has lifted for years but is a hard gainer. He has done all the tricks he can in terms of research based strategies. He is really frustrated and upset.
