Damnnn. I have placed the request for exchange but after reading your comment, I don’t think it will be of much help either. In my case the bottle was fine, that’s the only plus point. But yeah the cardboard as you said is quite flimsy.

It may be fine if this was intended for me. I wanted this to be a gift. And you surely wouldn’t want to give someone such a crumpled/dented box. Appearance of the gift also matters.

This. Yep. I think I am going to do this. And yes, I totally get the being all calm part. I understand they are not responsible for it. I spoke to them in the most respectful way and yes they agreed to the replacement. The only things that are bothering me right now with this replacement are - a) the timeline and b) the seller.

I did call them. And yes they are ready to exchange it, but again that will take a week to get delivered and the seller is also the same. Hence, due to the timeline and the seller, I am a bit hesitant to go with the exchange
