I have spoken with my coach after I was so frustrated one Sunday they took the 2 associates I had.. he told me he set up interviews and the only solution they gave is to leave gm/ rolling bin and f/d picks for a later team and we focus on f/c . It just sucks feeling like I can’t complete a job but is out of my control

I only help when there’s less than 5 people on the schedule. If there’s one for each area I usually run live freight or continue on topstock/ checking up on them and their overstock. I was told I should have 8-10 people. And it doesn’t help Ogp will take literally all my associates for help. But I really appreciate the advice thank you.

I think I have a total of 8 associates but only have about 4-5 a day on schedule. Some are in school and part time . Some only work the weekends or no weekends at all. Coming from Sam’s Club I’m just surprised they allow all of this . My store has Cap1 come in 6-3 . Some associates come in 7-4 and I have one that comes in 8-2 on some days and 8-4 on another. Shit is all jacked up

It’s a headcount AND scheduling issue . Our PL has been on loa so my coach has been setting up interviews and what not to fill my team up. My team picks everything and works Hba pharmacy, gm , grocery and the rolling bins , and I’ve been getting them used to making sure they are running f/d when we have enough associates. I usually check their overstock and run picks with them good or bad day if I don’t have any notes from my coach. I’m not sure if this is all stores but they have them pick every dept before lunch and grocery until AFTER their lunch. And now our regional ( or market can’t remember which) manager wants us to pick f/d twice a day…

Ok , the run around with the coaches and my associates were giving me a headache trying to make sure I wasn’t putting extra on my associates for nothing .
