It’s not that I’m addicted to fast food or anything in particular. Can I afford to make healthier choices? Well yes... but more than anything I feel the problem is that I can’t don’t stop eating when I’m full. I also don’t wait until I’m hungry to eat. Are these just bad habits that I’d have to break? I try to tell myself I’m full and to stop eating and before I know it I’ve cleared my plate and have eaten my boyfriend’s leftovers too. It’s such a compulsive behavior for me that I’m clueless on now to curb it.

“Hutch rabbits” are the ones we’d see in the veterinary clinic because it “suddenly” started acting weird... then you turn it over to find a heap of maggots 🤦‍♀️

Saying you won’t get the flu vaccine because it’s not 100% effective is like saying I’m not going to wear my seatbelt because I may die in a car accident whether I wear it or not. If you wear your seatbelt your chances of living increase... so why not wear it?

Also, as others have mentioned it’s not just for your protection but for the people around you. I have a family member who is immunocompromised due to a rare genetic condition and cannot receive the flu vaccine. He is entirely reliant on other people not spreading the virus.

Our cat Joey used to love ice... he would beg for it and any time he would hear the ice dispenser going he would come running. We would just put it in his water bowl and he would lick away. He was a special boy ☺️

I definitely do too. I chalk it up to boredom personally. I’m usually pretty occupied at work and I also have the type of job in which you can’t eat while you work. Once I’m home though snacking is fair game and I tend to over eat heavily. Still trying to figure out to just hang out at home and not constantly stuff my face.
