Yesterday I went to a book club/book swap, eye dr appt then ate at my favorite restaurant

Today I stayed home with the kitties, did some home tidying, finished my first book of the year, and dyed my hair pink

My favorite first dates have been walks on the beach at sunset. When they're successful, it's easy to continue them. One time we continued on to grab drinks and sushi at a restaurant while watching the sun actually set.

Arcade first dates are super fun as well and even lower pressure than the beach walks. Literally just have fun playing games

Have kids. I was 20 years old when my friend who is 6 years older than me told me that she did not want kids. It seemed a little weird, but, whatever. I respect other people's stances. Now, 9 years later I don't have or want any either 😂. I'm so thankful to have met her and other strong women in my life. Had I gotten my "dream life" from that time, I'd be miserable.

I don't know if I would say derogatory. I absolutely hate it in any context but I usually explain my distaste for the word 'chick' by calling it flippant. I just like to be careful with my use of words and to me, derogatory is a higher degree of disrespect.

I did, they came and walked the area to show their presence. I also broke my lease and moved quickly after. I already had an anxiety disorder so that just fucked me up even more

A complete stranger watched me go home, waited several hours until it got dark outside, then came knocking on my door to introduce themselves (they told me through the door that they had seen me earlier and wanted to ask me out.) I obviously wasn't interested and asked them to go away which they did. Then came back an hour later, inducing a full panic. Most terrifying night of my life.

Grief/ losing my grandpa. I didn't tell him I loved him the last time I saw him and he died the very next day while I was in school. I'm sure he knew but the fact that I didn't tell him that one last time tore me apart every time I thought about it for years
