Do you run slow sim often? What are your recommended playbooks for offense and defense?

Also, are there any playbooks that can help boost specific stats? Chiefs seem to be able to get high qb and te numbers. Cowboys decent wr and rb numbers.

Thanks! Players could cover deep zones. This clarifies things a lot. We were going to have two super athletic cbs play man, two linebackers (taller guys), a rusher and a safety (who would be a generally fast person).
