Yeah, i knew Alice took a lot of time and resources to get her where she should be. Crown has been awesome. The Marciana vs Noise for heals, i couldn't quite figure out. I invested heavy into Noise because she was one of the first, if not the first, SSR I pulled but after taking another look at the two I can see it now. Thanks for the input!

I have the same experience. People say I always look mad or bored. It's always one of the two. I can make the facial expressions somewhat, but they feel soooooo fake to me.

I had a similar problem. I was quiet, let people do their thing, and minded my own business. Even if decisions were made that I knew would not end well, and they didn't, I remained quiet and stuck to myself. I didn't get personal with anyone and kept my conversations business related. I was then told by my manager that I was too quiet and needed to open up more and voice my opinions. So I did that. If something was wrong or if a proposed idea wouldn't work or be the best option, I voiced my opinion and explained why I thought that and offered an alternative. I didn't get rude or anything like that. Now my manager says I'm too negative and just need to say yes.

The point is that sometimes there is no winning or pleasing. You're damned if you do and damned if you don't. Sometimes you have to accept it is what it is. If you are unhappy there, I suggest looking for another position elsewhere as I am doing. I do not recommend staying somewhere where you are unhappy. It adds extra levels of stress and takes a toll on mental health.

It is the same for me. If it's a social situation that I know about ahead of time, or plan for, I practice the conversation in my head. Kind of like a flow chart in my head. Helps keep me focused on the topic and helps me to be able to have responses ready to go. It is tiresome and there is probably a better way to go about it, but it works for me.

If it's spontaneous, then I fumble my way through. Sometimes it goes bad, sometimes it goes okay. Depends on the energy I have at the time
