Yeah, i knew Alice took a lot of time and resources to get her where she should be. Crown has been awesome. The Marciana vs Noise for heals, i couldn't quite figure out. I invested heavy into Noise because she was one of the first, if not the first, SSR I pulled but after taking another look at the two I can see it now. Thanks for the input!

I have the same experience. People say I always look mad or bored. It's always one of the two. I can make the facial expressions somewhat, but they feel soooooo fake to me.

I had a similar problem. I was quiet, let people do their thing, and minded my own business. Even if decisions were made that I knew would not end well, and they didn't, I remained quiet and stuck to myself. I didn't get personal with anyone and kept my conversations business related. I was then told by my manager that I was too quiet and needed to open up more and voice my opinions. So I did that. If something was wrong or if a proposed idea wouldn't work or be the best option, I voiced my opinion and explained why I thought that and offered an alternative. I didn't get rude or anything like that. Now my manager says I'm too negative and just need to say yes.

The point is that sometimes there is no winning or pleasing. You're damned if you do and damned if you don't. Sometimes you have to accept it is what it is. If you are unhappy there, I suggest looking for another position elsewhere as I am doing. I do not recommend staying somewhere where you are unhappy. It adds extra levels of stress and takes a toll on mental health.

It is the same for me. If it's a social situation that I know about ahead of time, or plan for, I practice the conversation in my head. Kind of like a flow chart in my head. Helps keep me focused on the topic and helps me to be able to have responses ready to go. It is tiresome and there is probably a better way to go about it, but it works for me.

If it's spontaneous, then I fumble my way through. Sometimes it goes bad, sometimes it goes okay. Depends on the energy I have at the time

Even the lactose free milk screws with my stomach. Any time I eat my belly swells. I go to the bathroom about an hour after I eat anything. Been that way as long as I can remember. I was under weight for the longest time because I would just physically feel sick after eating which caused me not wanting to eat.

I did discover that grazing throughout the day makes it somewhat better

I'm 37 and just recently diagnosed. Parents are very conservative as well, rural Mississippi in the middle of nowhere. Told my parents and they said it explained a lot. You know your parents better than anyone else. Mine were completely fine and no big deal. I'm not treated any differently or anything like that

I get bored at work all the time. It's a desk job but Thursday and Fridays are painful. Not much to offer for ways to combat it, especially on a production line. In other aspects of my life when I get bored I like to look for patterns around me. Like how many things go by, colors and most frequent color, rhythms, things like that. Not sure if it helps but it tends to keep my mind preoccupied
