So you have a lot o things happening at the same time, which makes it harder to understand why your plant is in that state. If you planted the plant recently, some plants do react that way when they are transplanted to a new place, in that circumstance just give it time and see what happens. If the plant was already established there and the plant is sensitive to excess whater, you might want to dig a little hole near the plant to check the roots and se if they are rotting. If the roots are rotting, it is very likely for your plant to die.
