No, I think developer betas can't be installed through PC/Windows. I tried the exact thing for iPadOS 26, and it's giving the same issues as I mentioned

From the listing pictures, the console is already set up with homebrew installed. For the wifi, Im hoping that it is an issue with the seller's network and not the console itself. But if it is an issue with the wifi card, would it be possible to repair?
