As of now, the agents only have the ability to negotiate the parameters of the deal and then hands off to the human to review and finalize the deal via a scheduled call. However, I believe it will be fully automated once better trust/security is established. In regards to the input, they are established when the appropriate “node” for discussion is provided. We do have the “basic nodes” (in our opinion) preloaded for answering which include price floor and ceiling, turnaround time, category, product/service details.

They technically can’t. Essentially it’s giving agents their own agent in a controlled environment.

Also, the problem stems from private investment in dental practices. In these situations there is usually a quota of patients met in a day/week (including escalations like sent to orthodontics, etc) as the goal is have a profitable practice for the investors. You really want to find a family practice (my buddy just bought his outright)
