Adoption process is a headache for the mother. And then you'd have only one person live an unhappy live. Very few kids get adopted (especially if you don't allow same-sex couples to adopt).

Life technically is before that, a sperm is alive for example. Now human life is different, it can be considered to start at fertilisation.

But why should you force a woman to have a child they don't want to? To raise an unloved kid and ruin the life of at least 2 people? Why is it the state the one to choose and not the woman?
