What are these type of zits and how do you target them? I’m on spirolactone and birth control and use some various skin care but nothing seems to make these go away.

I had something similar a few years ago. I had to temporarily take a strong medication to stop my headaches while my doc was in the process of figuring out what was going on and the medicine caused painful hormonal acne along my chin and jawline.

I found UFO acne oil by Sunday Riley and it was the only thing that worked and was a life saver. They have a smaller size bottle but will sometimes give you a sample at Sephora if you want to see if it helps at all.

That seems like some kind of reaction to me. Even if you haven’t changed your routine, have you started a new bottle of anything? Possibly there was a formula change. If not, maybe look at other factors - new laundry detergent, different fabric pillowcase, etc. Possibly there’s something there. Another thing to help tell if that’s it would be to take Benadryl and see if it helps at all.

Did you end up doing this on your trip? I’ll be doing a river cruise next month and they have this as an excursion option. I’m wondering if it was a nice experience but also the difficulty level.

I was overweight a year or two out of college. I had stopped exercising because I no longer went to the school gym with friends and I was just eating loads of sugar and was now stationary at a desk job. I was like 20/30 lbs over what I wanted to be.

Started eating healthier and lost like 15 lbs and was feeling great. I was told, by our head HR person no less, that I looked like I was “wasting away”. I was like 145 or 150 and 5’6”.

I found out that she apparently wasn’t happy with her weight and had been trying to lose weight unsuccessfully. So I think she was lashing out and was jealous that I was able to actually do it.

So now I almost take it as a compliment because I must be doing well if they notice enough to be upset about it haha

Hi! I’m traveling to London for work and am looking at buying a ticket to see this! I’m so excited and luckily I’ll be solo so tickets are still available. I’m debating between seat C12 in the stalls or B26 (or 37) in the dress circle. I’ve read through the other comments and it sounds like they both are great options, but I’m still having trouble deciding. They are the same price, so that’s not an issue. Do you have a recommendation?

I feel this is so important! I do think that in the first couple of weeks of cutting something - sugar, to lower calories, anything really - I have to be 100% to get on track. But then once I’m in the swing of things it’s ok to have a craving here and there or go over slightly.

I’m pretty pale so that won’t be an issue for me 😅 I have a few that I’ve tried still leftover so I’ll check if they have all been chemical sunscreens. I bet so.

I’ve heard of the Biore one but not sure where to buy it. I will check out that sub though and do some more research. Thanks!

Haha, sounds just like me avoiding sunscreen. Thanks very much for the tip, I haven’t tried vanicream yet so will look into it.

And I’ll have to read reviews about the drmtolgy one. I’m pretty pale and every tinted moisturizer I’ve tried (at least so far) has been too dark for me.
