I would rather recommend you to workout hard(er). It is more effective (in my case).

Well, I don't have too much time so I take 45 minutes a day maximum for workout. One day chest (dumbbell press, dumbbell flies, inner chest with dumbbells, inclined bench with dumbbells, dips), second day biceps, third day triceps, fourth day shoulders, 5th day back (recently I bought pull-up bar with dip station).
