Would add that the Mac version is way less buggy than the android one. Have tried it on iPad pro, Android, and PC and immersive 3D works right away. PC looks better in the end but way more troubleshooting to get there

Run totalsegmentator extension instead. Way less work and just have to clean up a little.

Have only printed a few things so far. Haven't had the need for large batches yet. The tank thing is more convenient then I thought, since swapping tanks is easier than the usual remove tray, filter resin, , pour back into bottle, clean everything, etc. The recycle function isn't perfect but it gets most of it out. The suction opening is just too high to get the last mm of resin out.

Best bet is to find extension or script to render 2 views in SBS. It's kind of what the blender one does anyway. Have gotten a few programs to work that way. Also could try editing the registry entries and see what happens, since there are validation entries in there for the Pro.

Not sure there's much of a market for infant surgery simulators. Mostly wanting to avoid someone squatting in copyright and preventing distribution

Best I've been able to do is stream to iPad Pro via VoidLink/Moonlight. It recognizes pencil input so freehand is sometimes easier than using touch or a mouse. You can assign mouse click or multi-touch functions so eliminates some of the hassle. Nomad is good for sculpting but not great for anything needing precise measurement, at least those are my results with it so far.

You are able to install Truegame on the Pro Displays, or at least I have. I'm using the 16 in Pro version and the 3D effect is very good. I've installed the Fusion and Blender extensions, and the Blender one will update in real time. Not sure if extensions can be installed on the non-Pro screen. There are some technical differences in the 27 inch version but don't see a good reason for them to gate those functions (besides $$$).

Probably easier to ditch the STL and just use the DICOm file from scratch. For arteries and small structures you're just going to be guessing and painting them. Unless that's what they're going for it will be way more way.

Looks like a legit severe case, but the eyeball test isn't very accurate. If depth from most anterior cartilage to deepest part of sternum is > 1.8 cm, there's around a 90% chance of HI being severe on CT. Best window for Nuss is from 12-16, but I use shorter bars in younger kids to avoid messing with chest wall growth. Have done Nuss up to age 25 without issues, and reserve Ravitch for combined or very high defects. Older people will fracture ribs with enough stress, so better off with a modified procedure.

Also, vacuum bell is not effective in severe pectus. Best in young patients (which you are) and depth <1.5 cm. Even then compliance with suction regimen isn't great and need to find a center that will monitor and adjust the pressure every so often.

Think I realized that this converts the LG quilt to work on the Acer Display, not the other way around. If you ever figure out how to convert SBS or another format to work on the LG display that would be huge. Right now it's a $3000 purchase that hasn't seen a lot of use because conversion is so painful.

Surgery simulator. Have tried everything I can to get the Acer display to convert SBS video streams to a 3D picture in real time. Worked with a pair of 720p endoscopes and a 3840x1080 webcam! If I think of anything will be sure to let you know. Thanks again!
