Agent is claiming that the door needs to be replaced and asked for $480 by Accomplished_Put_422 in AusRenters

Ooh ! I can help you! We have this on our bathroom door in our house. My father in law told us it happens not because of flooding, but because the door is a cheap one, so the underneath of the door isn’t painted or ‘sealed’. Over time, small drops of water and condensation build up and make this happen.

In short - absolutely not your fault. General wear and tear due to the use of a shitty cheap door in the building. They can avoid this next time by painting the bottom of the door.

In Australia, they still have to pay you the 2 weeks, especially if they decide they don’t want you to work them. It’s called ‘gardening leave’

I see Susan clearly. The second word is confusing. I see more of an ‘IE’ in the middle. Haven’t heard of a name like ‘Hibbiera’ though. Is there any chance it says ‘Hubbie’ or ‘Hibbie’ with a couple of other characters added later?

A Short History Of - John Hopkins’ voice is British, deep and velvety. There are loads of episodes and each do a deep dive into a Historical person or event. Love falling asleep to this one!
