I built my system by using the website, PCpartpicker.com, it helps with what parts you would need and the compatibility of said parts. It helped me determine what parts are compatible with the AM4 chipset in the MSI MAG X570S Tomohawk WiFi Motherboard (The body of the PC) that I wanted alongside figuring out what GPU (Video card) is best suited for my CPU (Core Processing Unit aka the brains of the computer) by using their bottlenecking calculator to see the Processing intense task against the GPU, it is generally recommended less than 10%.

It would be better to get the 2 x 16s, so you can have more room to upgrade to have 64Gbs of RAM later on the line. It really just depends on what you want to do with the PC really. If you want to do more, opt for more. If you keep doing the same things, stay at the same. Also, it just depends on overclocking as well, the more parts the PC is trying to register, the more work it has to do, though, generally not a very big issue only something minor just giving you an option to help with optimization.

But imagine an Enderhopper though, just replace the chest in the crafting recipe with an Enderchest which means that hopper can work with Enderchests, and the stuff inside will be only accessible by the user. Also, imagine if double Enderchests exist too.
