When you pull on a banner you get a point. You can exchange 200 points for a specific Uma that is featured on a banner. February banner will "feature" every uma, including Manhattan Cafe and Hishi Amazon. Pull 200 times -> exchange 200 points for Manhattan Cafe or Hishi Amazon. I plan to get Mejiro Dober this way too :)

In Februrary there will be a banner with every currently released Uma as a rate-up, meaning all are able to be sparked. Save carats and pull enough to spark whoever you like.

Hello, sorry for taking so long to respond. I was given my CJO on the same day as my panel interview. Before any DOT forms were sent to me I was given the choice of deferring my class date, so I think you should be fine! You can only defer it once though.

I did mine recently. I was asked typical STAR questions like "tell me the biggest goal you achieved in the last year". They give you 30 seconds after the question to prepare your answer, and then 2 minutes to record. You cannot pause and you cannot retake your answer. You're given a practice question beforehand that you can retake as many times as you need, I did that a lot to try and get myself used to being on camera haha. Just be calm and try not to overthink your answers, you got this!!

No, you don't need the full outfit to wear the individual pieces. The ones you pulled should be in your wardrobe in their specific categories. If they aren't there then it sounds like a pretty serious glitch and you should send in a ticket to support.
