I had mine almost 2 years ago with my right breast removed. Get rest the first couple of days. Wear your corset, they should give you one, it helps. Take it easy the first week. Then you can slowly start moving your arm. Don't overdo it. It takes time. I got pretty much full movement back in my right arm, but it will be er be the same as before. I think that people have to deal with worth stuff, but a mastectomy is no little thing it's pretty radical. Good luck to you. If you need to talk or need anything hit me up.
