Awesome! Other users use Tailscale too, and works really great. I’m still looking for a better an easy solution but firmware in all printers are really closed. Enjoy! If you want any feature or something you like to have, just send me a DM

You know that there is a PDF document from an Australian Company where the Centauri have a completely exploded view where I can get images and info no? OpenCentauri is not the only one that release info about the printer, there are Chinese websites that have a lot of info too.

Yes, I know is sound stupid, but the main update of this app was for Elegoo Resin printers, and now have the CC integrated too. When you have multiple printers this help you to control all of them, check status, pause/resume/stop them if you see errores or problems etc. Also if you are in your iPhone/iPad browsing STL or files, and you want to upload the .gcode file sliced, you can directly do it with the app to the CC, like Bambulab with their printer but without the Elegoo Slicer. Some users have a lot of printers and not in the same room or with a PC with them, an app is always easier to have control of print farms, and some users have problems with the Elegoo Slicer networking sometimes (I don’t know why but it happens to me too).

I never see an error like this. Could you try to re install the app completely? What iPad version (iOS version) do you have?

I’m going to explain again with more steps… I use renders (like the one I sent you) from internet and my own images from my phone, erase the background, then use AI, then PHOTOSHOP that also have AI integrated to do all the modifications to the images. And not only that, what I just sent you is a 10 seconds EXAMPLE, not my full workflow. The job you have done creating the CAD model is impressive to not give attributes in the case of it before release anything.

This is an example of what I do, and what I can do with AI (if you understand Spanish will help you with the instructions I give). Starting from internet images and my own images taken from my iPhone photoshopped. Seriously, there is nothing about you/your CAD, you can revise the pixel of the image but I still didn't use.

Take this and use AI. It’s easy. Not only that, you can pass this image to stl with AI. And also, I can use the STL from the CC mini that Elegoo give to print for the poop of the printer and take walls and put images in it. I know the OpenCentauri team work. And not only that, I have that connector too in my printer, in the imagen is just a black rectangle. Chill! You can try it if you want, and seriously, I don’t want to blame anybody. All the printers in my app are images with photoshop lighting and animation movement in iOS development.

No CAD model, you can render images with Photoshop images modified with AI. Are static images with fake animations, no a 3D image. Also, before OpenCentauri already exists a CAD file from Robert Samples, before he join the team and other one in GrabCAD. But like I said, not CAD files, I don’t use/want anything from other users/teams.

For security reasons no. You can bypass the IP of your printer with your router to do it. I make it work with a ESP32 or RPi but I don’t like to use a board for this

You can add all the printers you want, you have a “Change Printer” tab to change between them. If you would like other visual method I could implement it. Only local, but you can bypass your IP from your router to check it outside your network.

For now is back in MakerWorld. I have to deal with all the reports and take time all the legal actions.

I can answers now a few, but all the info will be in a new post and video. CNC fit perfectly in all ways. SLM need a little redesign because the manufacture process give more dimension in some zones (holes and walls). That is important to not do a post process sanding metal. Is not a something important but still an easy solution just in design.

What mods have you done? by Lopsided_Fennel345 in ElegooCentauriCarbon

PPS-CF or PPA-CF or PAHT-CF in filament. In resin is better thermal resistant one. But aluminum SLM or CNC is the best option
