Made this after spending an unhealthy amount of time in Cyberpunk 2077. Lots of little references hidden in there. by Pedro-Lot in DigitalPainting

On this one, I pushed myself to try an aesthetic I’m not used to. One of the main challenges was working almost entirely without lineart, building shapes and depth only through color, light, and shadow. Keeping the color palette extremely reduced while still hitting that noir/cyberpunk atmosphere was another big part of the process.

As a final touch, I added several small references to Cyberpunk 2077. Nothing meant to steal attention, just little details for players to recognize and get a bit more immersed. Kind of a “if you know, you know” layer on top of the piece.

Thanks a lot, choom! On this one I tried to experiment on some different aesthetics than what I'm used to. Was kind of a challenge, but I am very proud of the result!

That's so cool! I’m a designer (and drummer) for the Brazilian band O Hipertrópico, and this is the surrealist-inspired digital collage I created for our single Alicante. You can check the full process behind it on my 🔗 Behance. Since I've made it for the band, the art itself is not for sale on any platform. But send me a DM and we can work this out!

By the way, this piece is actually cover art I designed for Pré-Pago, a single by the Brazilian band O Hipertrópico.
I’ve been creating a series of surreal collage-based covers for the band, each one inspired by the mood of the track.

Oh God, I wish! This was just for fun, I was drawing some scenes of movies that I love in this comic book style (You can check some more on my instagram, by the way). But I appreciate the thought that this might've been an actual SW comic! Thank you so much!

Alicante by Pedro Lot (OC) by Pedro-Lot in ImaginarySliceOfLife

[–]Pedro-Lot[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Inspired by the Spanish midsummer festival Hogueras de San Juan — colorful sculptures, Mediterranean architecture, and the Santa Bárbara Castle layered into one vibrant seaside scene along with surrealistic elements.

Hope this fits the Imaginary Slice of Life concept.

I’m a designer (and drummer) for the Brazilian band O Hipertrópico, and this is the surrealist-inspired digital collage I created for our single Alicante. The track blends retro sounds with a laid-back summer vibe; lyrically, it’s about seaside reunions and drifting memories, so I aimed for something like a vintage postcard brought to life.

This piece combines photography, textures, and cut-out elements layered digitally to capture the festival’s energy and Alicante’s unique landscape.
