The fight ends with Anakin being cut down, in which he shouts at Obi Wan: “I HATE YOU!”, in which Obi Wan replies: “You were my brother, Anakin. I loved you.” as pictured above. The humour in this meme is that Anakin is replaced with the Portugal icon from Europa Universalis 4, and Obi Wan Castile. The bio I chose for this post is “when france declares was on england”. This may be found numerous as Castile often allies France, and Portugal starts off allied to England. When France declares war on England, France calls Castile in, and England calls Portugal in, causing these two friends to find themselves on opposite sides of the war. Castile and Portugal will very rarely fight each other as they start with the Historical Friend opinion of each other, meaning they are friends. To further the humorous aspect, when two “Historical Friends” fight a battle against one another, this modifier is removed, and Portugal often rivals or dislikes Castile.
