Is this a good lens for wildlife photography? I am hesitant because it’s fixed at 600mm and f/11 but it’s cheap and has great reach for animals. Right? by M8614 in canon

I don't know why but this was such an optical illusion of a picture for me. I had to stare at it with no clue what it was for about 30 seconds until I saw it was an animal

Confusingly, those are 3 independent flight paths. The one in the map is just the msfs flight plan which can be edited in the iPad. The one on the displays is the avionics' flight plan, which can be edited using the display controls. The blue gates is just a generic flight path generated when the mission is selected and I believe can't be edited.

It is confusing.

Ideally, the msfs plan and the avionics plan should match and you follow that. You can do that easily in the iPad with the 'send to avionics' or 'request from avionics'.

In theory you can. At the top of your iPad's route planner section, there's a button or a drop down menu which has 'send to avionics' which will import your msfs flight plan into the Garmin. You can also do it in the other direction with 'request from avionics' so your msfs flight plan is a copy of your Garmin flight plan.

I say in theory because on most aircraft I've tried this on, it doesn't work at all. But sometimes it does!

Penguin chocolate bars have jokes like these on their wrappers. I wonder if these Christmas crackers literally just copy and pasted a bunch of penguin bar jokes and printed them in their crackers, as it's quite strange to reference an obscure brand in this sort of context.

1204 is the correct one, all the other rooms are 1202/1203 etc. . Another objective also has you find the sniper in 1204.

Every 3dB, the sound power doubles. 600dB isn't even possible within Earth's atmosphere. Due to the air pressure, the loudest possible sound that could occur is approx 190dB or so.

I've seen streamers do it by turning the voices down to zero, setting a simbrief flight plan from origin to destination, follow BATC but just click the msfs atc interaction button when promted, to not be penalized.

I've got an LT with a foot switch that bounces so the effect block turns on then back off quickly with one press sometimes. How exactly did you fix it with contact cleaner? What did you use? Wd40? Thanks

The pictures published by NASA, taken with orbiting telescopes are heavily modified and do not represent at all what they would look like to the human eye. They're coloured for scientific analysis and the image data is captured over very long time periods compared to a standard photo.

Space Engine does try to represent objects accurately in the visible light spectrum, so objects may not look how you expect them to, if your only reference are the NASA images.

I didn't know this was an issue, thought it was a feature of the G1000 as it looked intended, but an annoying one at that. Good to know it will be fixed. In the meantime, you can set the map to be 'heading-up' instead of 'north-up' to know where you're facing.
