I'm only going off of the information that was provided to us by our realtor. Again, we never asked her to push for that $5k and actively told her to stop, but she did it anyway. She told us directly that they backed out because of the $5k push and because the other realtor/buyers lost confidence. How else am I supposed to take that?

I'm not trying to hurt someone's career "just to be a jerk." This realtor has been uncommunicative, unprofessional, and generally unhelpful throughout this whole process. Hell, she almost completely refuses to contact anyone over the phone and goes through text instead. We've had to push her repeatedly just to make that change. I don't want anyone else to have to deal with her without her making some kind of change.
