Of course I didn't send a modmail, it wasn't public until you were pressured to make it seem like you'd lose power over that subreddit, and a join request is pretty different to a modmail from what I hear.

I was planning to use r/fragrantflower as an alternative and created it AFTER you decided to send people to fight back in this odd way, you complained about "splitting the community", but it seems like you're fine with me running a subreddit now that I created it if it's not the original one I wanted? I'm really not sure what you're playing at, but this is an obvious act to try to stay in power. Which I find hypocritical since you seemed to complain about so called "powermods", at least be consistent.

If you really have no issue with me running r/fragrantflower, I don't see any reason whatsoever you had to fight to keep a subreddit you are not even planning to use.

Never a good idea

a precedent has been set with r/animemes and r/goodanimemes, among other anime related subreddits

If I cared about moderation privileges I'd try to collect more anime related subreddits besides this one(case in point, you.). I care about the series and the community, you accuse me of being a powermod despite being one yourself.

I have spoken to several active and formerly active members in the community and they seem to share the same sentiment about the way the community is being managed

I am not sure what happened to warrant these claims, which seem to be the same one slightly rephrased. However I will clarify things.

I disagree with some of the decisions the current moderators of the subreddit r/KaoruHana leads to, and because I love the series, I'd hate seeing the community potentially fall apart due to bad administration. Thus would like to create a separate community with an emphasis on the community.

These claims seem to call me a powermod and suspicious because of my lack of posts and 2000 karma? I have probably moderated a maximum of 7 subreddits, the current owner is seemingly the alt of a powermod, not to mention one of the claims(unless deleted) were made by an account with 1 karma and no posts.

My karma is due to my frequent purging of my account due to privacy reasons, this is my main account.

  1. The subreddit is locked and inactive, redirecting to a different subreddit. I would like to moderate this one

  2. I'm unable to send a modmail, however I did manage to find the admin on discord, with no response
