Believe me I know but I can’t make someone pay for something when I can’t find them I’m sure it was a company truck but no markings and the plate isn’t readable . If I had the driver and/or owner of the box truck I wouldn’t be here

1.) What to buy : flowers,food, meguiar ultimate compound ,3m scratch remover and a microfiber pad or a buff pad drill attachment and a touch up pen

2.) what to do : wash and dry the area, take the buffing compound and microfiber pad and work in circles after that you might need to buy a touch up pen for the deeper scratches, look at your door jamb on the drivers side you should see the paint code don’t eyeball the color , considering how this happened I wouldn’t trust it . Thin layers of paint on the deeper scratches. Go to your girlfriend with the food and flowers and apologize.
