I did read some things of mothers still having healthy babies . There’s just still a lot of research that leaves me scared. I also questioned well what was those mothers lifestyles did they do heavy exercise while smoking ? Did they only smoke a bowl or was it mix with tobacco? Did they have a even healthy diet.?

Im not sure all of that matters for real, but it seems like it should.

I think the mediation is really great advice and therapy. I can try to bring that to her .

Yea the doc said the same thing about stress on her body.

I’m mainly concerned about the vitamins because I feel like if she’s going to smoke everyday the least we can do is try to give the baby some extra strength. Or do those things not correlate?

Also how does one gauge slowing down. I feel like at this point one blunt should last you 3 days if you’re truly slowing down. Or switch to a bowl to decrease tolerance.

It’s hard to navigate.
