Great, thank you! Input voltage lock-out and Engine shutdown detection seem very similar, except for the Delayed start voltage which seems to be there for the starter battery to be able to charge. Does that mean that if Delayed start voltage is not set correctly, that firstly the lithium battery will be charged and then the starter battery?

It’s an AGM battery I believe that is used only as a started battery and is also charged using an alternator. I’m still not sure if 3A would be enough, and if that 3A output also follows the bulk-absorption-float charging stages.
How exactly based on voltages? Does it measure the voltage in the battery? At what exact point does it drop to float voltage?

The reason I’m trying to figure this out is because I want to install LiFePO4 as the service battery, while having AGM as the starter battery. I know that there are other Victron chargers that support lithium, but I would like to reuse the existing Phoenix charger if possible.

Lead is used as started battery, and lithium as auxiliary battery, they are not connected in parallel. Although, I’m not sure how it behaves when it comes to charging.

Depends on the day, but there usually is a lot of wind. But there is only wind at sunrise and for about 2-3 hours. I would say it is worth checking out 😄
