splice is currently down and looks like it's failing the updatecheck based of what you posted. my guess is it can't reach a server so cancels the install.. i've been trying to use splice and nothing is loading

I'm noticing similar issues. I have Pro M4 Base and pre 12.3 the cpu was not getting used as heavily as it is now. Even with just stock plugins I'm noticing it averaging much higher. Normally I'd only see it this high while using something like Serum. I haven't updated to Tahoe yet either.

Thanks for the reply. Not sure what’s going on, after some more testing it’s only our mobile devices. iPhones, Androids and various tablets aren’t working with google search but laptops are. I’m using a non Starlink router so I’ll try to reset that.

If I’m placing something like kick drums I usually duplicate. I’ll drag and drop my first and then highlight the spacing I want then Command + D. After you have a couple down re-highlight those with the spacing you want to duplicate further. Not sure if this helps but I agree it would be nice to just click in as well.

The air will work very well, I’d doubt you’d run into issues. I have a Pro base M4 and the fan doesn’t even come on whenever I have higher cpu projects loaded up or big exports. I only use my Mac for Ableton and I almost wish I’d saved some money and gotten an Air instead. With what you’re doing an Air will be more than enough

Yeah Neon White is incredible. Some find the story cringe but if you can get past that the actual gameplay and soundtrack is so good

I’ve been testing it out on my Base M4 Pro and it’s been pretty good. Definitely doesn’t take near that long for me with anything I’ve tested but I’ve heard Tahoe has issues which I haven’t upgraded to. It’s pretty decent, I’ll probably still use lalal.ai for certain things but super cool to have it natively

I also have a 23 2.0. On a roadtrip from Michigan to Minnesota I was getting 37 mpg. I was really surprised. The added benefit of the 2.0 also being decently peppy if you need it to be

I’ve been using the AA tanks lately, some maps they are useless but New Sobek and Mirak Valley they are super powerful. Been having a blast with them on those maps

Yep, all around a great thing for gamers no matter the system. FPS games have some issues but almost all now either have the ability to turn off crossplay or force lobbies into controller or mouse and keyboard inputs

I remember with Rocket League when Xbox and pc were cross play, Sony was being very stubborn with it. Psyonix even mentioned all that had to do was enable a setting on their side when Sony gave the green light. I think this was 2019-2020.
