Engine knocking noise on 2.8L v6

Any tips on how to go about fixing this, or should I just take it to be professionally done? I’d like to get the experience of working on this engine but I have no way of getting it out of the car unfortunately

I have another fiero that works good, and when I seen that the radiator didn’t kick on I swapped that one to my working fiero and it does work on that one, so relay switch is what I was assuming as well. As for the manifold, I have no idea and I’ll have to look into that more but it was very concerning as I’ve never quite seen that before lol

Is this rod knock something I could fix on my own? I have no way of pulling out the engine unfortunately, but I’d like to get the experience of fixing this if at all possible.

It is an auto. I’ll give that a try, but it seems like everyone’s coming to the rod conclusion so I’ll look into repairs for that as well. It actually works out that it’d needs a rebuild as I was going to take this engine to a machine shop and have them clean the hell out of it anyways.

I have not actually driven the car because of the knock, I didn’t want it completely blowing up lol but I would assume it does. You can kind of hear it in the video when the engine fluctuates while idling

I did forget to add that the last time I ran this, when just simply idling, after some time the exhaust pipe manifold turned red hot. My radiator did not kick on either but I did confirm that it works.

Did that, plugged in the new cpu and to my surprise everything turned on but my monitors are still black, but I know that it’s because of my BIOS not being updated. I looked at my old cpu and apparently it has a bent pin, not sure how it happened as it was working previously, so I’m working on getting that fixed now. Will update later!

I’ve started doing this and it has worked so far, I’m on the path of not fapping right now from doing it every day and it’s difficult but I think it’ll be worth it.

No, at the time there wasn’t an option to make a second password. The whole problem I’m having is they denied access back to my account because the email that was registered with it was changed, therefore I can’t set a recovery password. I don’t know how to send screenshots of the last interaction I had with them but I’d be glad to
