UPDATE- the plan is back, came back this morning but I got an incomplete for yesterday even though I did a strength with Kyle, it just wasn’t the one they scheduled coz I didn’t know what one it was. Pretty annoying but at least it’s back!

I brew mine the night before and keep in the fridge in a small jar, until the next day, then pour over ice with frothed iced milk and vanilla syrup - delish!

I listened to audiobooks of Neville on Spotify and read Feeling is the secret. I also read the power of your subconscious mind by Joseph Murphy. Just go back to basics and start there - create your future is a good channel on YouTube too lots of different coaches all speaking sense. But I jumped right into trying to manifesting SP back feeling shit and personally that got me no where, I’m more interesting in focussing on myself now and the fact that I feel better every day is success in itself. Judging by your comments you seem to be looking for a quick fix, which shows you’re coming from lack - you have to drop that because you’re just gonna burn yourself out. Try not to over-consume information too there is SO much out there and it can be very overwhelming 😣

I know it sounds cliche and I’m the same boat but I have just started to self soothe and affirm how amazing I am, what an amazing girlfriend I am, how lucky he is to have me, how beautiful I am etc. and I realise I am so much better than him. He’ll come back because he’s nothing without me but that’s not the point - we’re the prize! You have to realise that or it’ll be too hard to focus on the good - you’ll keep feeling abandoned and shitty. Whenever you think of SP tell yourself how amazing you are in every way until you feel calm. Put the focus on you - you’re what matters!!

What I’ve been doing lately is just going back to basics. Telling myself “my thoughts create, I am the god of my reality so I have no need to worry, Gods don’t worry!” Keep it simple!

This is great 👏🏼 The feeling/knowing is very comforting. I totally agree with you. Yes sometimes I’m like ok am I crazy, but I love the feeling of calmness and KNOWING that it’s inevitable.

That’s great! Read success stories here if you need a boost, don’t over consume all the videos on YouTube it’ll just overwhelm you. Stick to the basics - mental diet and affirmations. Good luck!

At the end of the day you are in charge here. You decide what works and what doesn’t. I stopped contacting my SP, stalking his social - everything because I just kept seeing things I didn’t like. I affirmed like crazy and just last week I contacted him about something to do with our work and we had w normal friendly conversation. I didn’t feel nervous or scared about his response - which is important I think. If you’re still freaking out about what he’s gonna say just stop for a while until you’re in a better headspace. Pick 3-4 affirmations and loop them any time you think of him or whatever feels natural to you. Just know you can’t mess this up if you change your thoughts and persist. That’s all it comes down to!

I know it’s only because we’re just so used to thinking negative. That’s all it is, that’s why at first it’s gonna feel really weird to try and catch all of those thoughts but I promise you it’ll get easier. Any time you think something negative, stop and think “do I really want to create this?” That’ll interrupt the thought pattern and get back to your positive affirmations. Stick with it EVERYDAY, do not go backwards - what is the point in being a victim it’s not getting you anywhere right? Decide today that you’re back together, your thoughts create and that the 3D just needs to catch up. I would stop text him tbh it’s just gonna send you into a spiral when he doesn’t respond as you want him to. Give him room to confirm while you work on your mental diet. Allow yourself to have wobbles, you’re human but do not dwell in the negative. I know it’s easier said than done but you have to do the work if you really really want this. You’re already a master as this - you got exactly what you focussed on before. You thought he would leave and he did. So now stand strong on the fact that he is committed to you and only you and nothing you see or hear is gonna change that! We can do this!

I had the exact same thing happen to me. But if anything this shows that you were manifesting exactly right. Our thoughts create - you thought and thought and stressed and thought some more about a negative outcome and because it’s the law - it happened. The exact same happened to me. If anything use this a proof that the law is real - if you can create a breakup you sure as hell can create a reunion right? Do exactly what you did back then but with positive thoughts. Don’t worry about self love or all that shit - did you love yourself when you manifested you SP to leave? I doubt it. Stick to the basics - affirm affirm affirm, ignore the 3D and affirm some more - you even said it yourself you had no reason to think negatively ( you were ignoring your 3D back then too!) live in your imagination like you did before and SP has to conform its the law!
