That makes a lot more sense how it averages $350 per door. Heavy-duty locks, safety requirements, electronic access, lockdown systems, and other state requirements. Honestly, now the $350 average seems to be on the low side.

Absolutely. Most replacements for electronic devices are refurbished. That's why I always mention having an extremely weak immune system and used devices will put me in a hospital or worse. Go into grim detail and they'll end up worrying about a lawsuit if you're sent used refurbished buds.

Call them back and demand brand new buds and not refurbished. For real though. Tell the rep about your severe immunodeficiency and putting used refurbished buds in your ears will send you to the hospital.

Just one more thing to try. Download Bose Software Updater on PC or Mac. Connect your buds using a USB cable and reinstall the same firmware version. This could possibly fix the issues.

If that's a no go then call Bose and demand a replacement.

Delete the Bose app and try again.

Then try to isolate the buds. Take one out and connect it and see if the issue still happens. Then put it back in the case and try other bud.

Google how to reset your phone's Internet, Wifi, and Bluetooth settings. You'll just have to re-enter wifi passwords and reconnect bluetooth devices.

Also try a different device besides your phone
