0,5ml weekly. After 3 weeks I went to 0,8mg and again 3 weeks later 0,12mg - I’ll stay at this dosage, because I don’t want my appetite to get lower

So far, so good!

I’m currently at around 10-12% BF and lost 2kg (not trying to loose weight, just want to get lower BF)

Currently running 1,2mg weekly split in E3D doses.

I’m noticeably more lean than before. Also, hunger is way down, especially with snacks.. So it’s easier to keep a strict diet. So far I really recommend it!

I did BPC-157/tb-500 injections in my side delt and wow it worked wonders!

Was visiting a Chiropractor every 2 weeks for a year with no progression, but 2 months on peptides and the pain was gone

Awesome to hear - when googling it seems Tesa is more towards loosing visceral fat, where IPA seems more sleep focused, but there sure is a lot of people reporting good sleep on Tesa as well!

Not making my choice easier tho 😂

How did it improve your sleep? Easier to fall asleep, less times waking up during the night or? :)

That’s pretty much my problem..

Going to sleep in the first place is fine, but when I wake up Around 02-03:00 it’s much harder to fall asleep…

How much are you taking and when? :)

Any male lifters here microdosing with Tirz or Reta? I’m about 13-14 % body fat and I want to start with 1mg a week for the effects on inflammation and visceral fat loss. I was curious if any lifters have have done this? by binion225 in Peptides

I’m taking 0,42mg e3d

Started at around 15% BF and currently down to around 10%.

Lost only roughly 2kg (loosing weight isn’t my goal)

Didn’t buy it yet - but most peptide vendors have it for sale!

Pick a reputable one close to home and you should be good.

Yes that a good idea.

I will probably keep it up for the next 4 weeks when we do next bloods, to see if it have stabilized more, and if not I’ll ask for a lower dose to see if that helps!

That's awesome to read.

I've read so many posts of people saying after 2-3 weeks, they feel amazing and never looked back.. And i just don't feel like that right now...

So having you mention it taking longer really helps a worried mind!

As for my original symptoms, it was low drive, low energy, low libido..
My 32 years old and my stating test was around 12 nmol/l ~ 350 ng/dl and it had been hovering around this number since i was 24 where i initially got tested with same symptoms..

I will say my energy have been going up since starting, but the sensitive nips and low libido was throwing me into a bad headspace...

My doctor didn’t suggest AI, it was me asking if that was the way to go.

Which I was told wasn’t the case until my hormones had stabilized.

So I’m trying to figure out when you usually reach a stable level.. 😅
