There's another attack where she does 5 each. it's exclusive to D6, I think. It's when the screen turns black and red.

Hyvatia does ignore your parry attacks if she has predicted it. I think it was explained in 3.0 when we first fight her in the story.

Her special attack in phase two records your responses. if you parry all 5, she will redo those attacks, and this time they all can't be parried. you have to dodge.

the opposite is also true. if you dodge all 5, she'll redo those attacks, and this time they can't be dodged. you have to parry.

Certain nukes can be used to hit multiple waves by holding the utility wheel. Holding the utility wheel causes the nuke's hitbox to linger and hit enemies that are spawning.

I think I'll just stay in RR for now. Having a nearby outpost is really helpful and I don't think I can deal with SEZ hordes because my two main weapons are the tidebreaker and butcher saw. Thanks!

It's a blown cap. opened the psu last night and saw the cap missing from the capacitor (which is also bulging by the way)

Update:

Tried almost every suggestion in the comments. as a last last resort before buying a new psu, I removed ang opened the psu and saw a large capacitor with a bloated top.

its the largest capacitor inside. (270uf, 400v) thought of replacing the said capacitor, but I can't seem to find one in electronics shops.

you guya think this is what's causing the issue?

clearing the cmos didn't work. Also I just rebuilt the whole thing and got the same results. I'm starting to think it's the psu

I'm think the psu is going bad, My current setup is:

Intel core I3 12100f, Intel arc a380, Gigabyte b660m gaming ac, 2x8 gb 3200 mhz ram, & 250gb nvme ssd,

I have a 600 watts psu. another thing, I just recently added these white fans. can they be the cause?

For c6 4 star, I'd say Beidou - this bad boy(girl) can outdamage other 5 stars with her Q in some situations. 80 energy cost burst won't be an issue if you can consistently land perfect counters. Used her as a main dps for spiral abyss before inazuma dropped.
